Turkey: Thrace and Marmararegion
Thrace lies on the European page in the north of Turkey, to the west of the Bosporus. Thrace is the natal site of the big "great" singer Orpheus, was the Roman under the rule, got Bulgarian later, then Turkish and is divided "split" since 1923 between Greece and Turkey.
To the east of the Bosporus lies the Marmararegion. The area "field" has been named after the inland sea "Marmarameer" which totally lies within this area "field" and by which straits are connected with the black "bull's-eye" and little Aegean Sea sea. The Marmarameer separates "decollates" Europe from Asia and the Ägäische sea of the Black Sea. The Dardanelles and the Bosporus are old flows expanded by the sea by chance 50-m depth.
The scenery is hilly, the level slopes "inclinations" are covered with bushes "shrubs", in the higher positions "situations" with forests. In the east margin the fertile level goes over bit by bit in steppe. This area "field" is with his "its" industry, the million town of Istanbul and many other towns "cities" a pulsating center of Turkey. Bursa, the former capital of the Osmanen empire displays "shows" a special center of attraction; she "it" becomes to her "their" sulphur "sulfur" and Thermalquellen because of as a health resort and her "their" position "situation" near the Uludag mountains because of, respected as a winter sports place. Some one attends the place, however, also exclusively around the famous Bursa silk and wool.
